2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, your browser automatically transmits technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system). Vercel processes this data on our behalf to deliver the website and keep it secure, and deletes it after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure website. Data may be processed in the USA; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own domain; your browser does not contact Google or other third parties.

4. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your address and message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about the beta or the app, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Incoming email to micomo.app is forwarded by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) acting as our processor. We delete your messages when they are no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep them.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Just email hello@micomo.app. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI).
